SAFEGUARD installs alarm systems that communicate over telephone lines. Currently there are many communication services available other than traditional copper phone lines such as services provided by local cable companies, the internet and cellular communications. Some of these services are not compatible with alarm systems.

Your phone line is the most vulnerable part of your alarm system. If your phone line is cut by a burglar or if prolonged power outage interrupts your cable phone services your alarm system cannot communicate with our central station.

SAFEGUARD provides alternative methods of communication that will allow for a higher level of security and communications. We provide cellular backups as well as internet monitoring. Internet communication is always monitored for integrity and communicates is seconds. Cellular communications will provide you with a secondary form of communication in the event your primary communication source has failed providing you a higher level of security.
